What is the return policy? 

We offer a 14 day, no questions asked return policy. 

What are the shipping options? 

In Australia 

We offer standard shipping at a cost of $10.00 for sales of under $100. This will take between 3-7 business days. 

Express shipping is available for $20.00 for all sales and will take between 2-4 days (location depending) 

International 

Standard Shipping at a rate of $20.00

What are the international taxes, duties and any other charges I may have to pay? 

Every country is different and change regularly. Please check with our local authorities for this information. 

What do if my order doesn’t arrive? 

Please get in touch with us at hello@vitalmomentum.com if you have left it 2 days after you were expecting it. We will be able to track it and take next steps to have it delivered to the correct address or send a replacement order. 

What do I do if I receive a defective order? 

If you choose to take our insurance at $5.00, we will ask you to complete the paperwork so we can seek compensation from the insurance company but in the meantime, we will send a replacement order. 

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

Please send us an email marked URGENT ADD TO ORDER to hello@vitalmomentum.com we will endeavour to add it to the earlier order so as to avoid additional shipping costs.

Our luscious products are made here on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia
